Deer Park ISD will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 21, 2025 @ 2:00 PM for the purpose of sharing information and receiving input from stakeholders about federal/state funds accepted by the District. The meeting will include information about the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), IDEA (Special Education), Perkins (CTE) and State Compensatory Education (SCE) funding.
District administrators will be on hand to describe the guidelines for the use of funds and the accountability that goes with the acceptance of such monies. All interested parents, community members and taxpayers are invited to attend the meeting. The purpose of this meeting is to inform patrons and stakeholders about the different programs and funds that are accessible to the District.

Deer Park ISD presentará una reunion pública, el miercoles, 21 de mayo a las 2:00 PM. El propósito es de compartir información con todos aquellos interesados en aprender sobre los fondos federales/estatales que recibe el distrito. Así mismo recibir contribuciones o comentarios de parte de estos mismos. La reunión incluirá información sobre la ley de todos los estudiantes que tienen éxito (ESSA), IDEA (educación especial), Perkins (CTE), y los fondos estatales de educación compensatoria (SCE).
Los administradores del distrito estarán disponibles para hablar sobre las becas, el uso de los fondos y la responsabilidad que conlleva la aceptación de dichos fondos. Todos los padres interesados, miembros de la comunidad y contribuyentes están invitados a asistir a las reunion. El propósito es informar a los patrocinadores e interesados sobre los diferentes programas y disponibles en el distrito.
