About Mrs. Turkasz

     Hello!  My name is Sara Turkasz, and I am so excited to have you in my Third Grade class this year! It is going to be a fun year full of new friends and lots of learning. I can’t wait to see what new adventures this year brings us. I am so excited to learn all about you, but first let me tell you some things about me.

     I was raised in White Bear Lake, Minnesota .  I attended the University of Wisconsin- River Falls where I received my degree in Elementary Education.   In my spare time, whenever I am not at school, I love to go running, spending time outdoors, and spending time with my family and friends.

     This will be my sixth year at Fairmont Elementary School and my ninth year teaching 3rd grade!  I am thrilled I have the opportunity to share my love of learning with you this year! I am very excited about our upcoming year, and I can’t wait to begin our year!
